2011 doctor and patient survey results

In our recent referrer survey, 95 per cent of the 232 respondents rated Aotea Pathology's overall service as very good or excellent. This compares with 94 per cent in 2010.

It is a very strong result and one we will be working hard to achieve again in 2012.

We are looking carefully at the suggestions you made for improvements to our service. This feedback is very useful to us in planning for the coming year and beyond to deliver high-quality laboratory services to you and your patients.

Prizes for completing the survey went to Dr Andrew Holmes from City Medical Centre (the medical magazine subscription prize) and Dr Karen Mason from Miramar Medical Centre (the practice morning tea prize).

Patient survey results

Our recent patient survey also shows strong results, with 99 per cent of the 562 respondents rating Aotea Pathology’s overall service as good or excellent. This compares with 98 per cent in 2010.
